The Rue de S\u00e8vres, which passes through the 6th, 7th and 15th arrondissements of Paris, and which is famous for Le Bon March\u00e9, is now home to the newest Maison Bernachon shop. The Lyon-based chocolaterie moved into the capital last October, into number 127 Rue de S\u00e8vres, to be precise. The shop was designed by the Lyon-based architecture agency Agence Richard Bagur, in partnership with the teams from OCF, who created the display cabinets.<\/b><\/p>

Maison Bernachon has been based in Lyon since 1953. Having already opened a shop in Japan, they now have a new location in the 6th arrondissement in Paris. When embarking on their Parisian adventure, they decided to work with Richard Bagnur for the interior design, and OCF for the display cabinets<\/strong>. Our teams were delighted to work on this project, which proved to be a real challenge.<\/p>

Step into a chocolate dream<\/b><\/p>

Inside the shop, various chocolate creations are enhanced by the simplicity and elegance of the space, which features the gold of the Maison, along with beige and white marble accents.<\/p>

At the centre of the shop, a bespoke display cabinet forms a circular arc. This was designed by the OCF teams, bringing together the three dimensions of curved resin, lava stone, and curved glass and metalwork. Inside, 23 dark chocolate creations are displayed for the customer, as well as the speciality of the Maison, the Palet d\u2019Or.<\/p>

It is a beautiful fit-out that showcases all the finesse and the curves of the Bernachon creations.<\/p>

The rest of the shop is laid out with side display cases that present, among other things, 31 different types of dark, milk and white chocolate bars. They also contain the Bernachoc\u2019, which is a bar (of dark or milk chocolate) that is filled with whole hazelnuts and the Maison spread (which is also called the Bernachoc\u2019).
