Discover PERSPECTIVE, the new refrigerated display cabinet by OCF. This is a light, overhead display cabinet that will enhance all your pastries and chocolates and make the interior of your sales venue elegant, so that it stands out.<\/strong><\/p>

OCF reveals your desire for sweet things through innovation, providing pastry and chocolate specialists with a display cabinet that lives up to the standard of their culinary creations.<\/p>

The new PERSPECTIVE refrigerated display cabinet is made up of modules that are 1.5 m long and 45 cm tall. This means that they can be combined to create rows (up to 3 metres long) for displaying your products along the wall, showcasing them and making sure that they stand out.<\/p>

The display cabinet fits in perfectly with your sales venue, no matter what the layout, bringing life to your interior.<\/p>

In technical terms, the PERSPECTIVE display cabinet can be used at room temperature, (16\u00b0C to 18\u00b0C for chocolate) or at colder temperatures (2\u00b0C to 6\u00b0C for pastries), with ventilated or static refrigeration, high performance insulation and hot air demisting that reduces the risk of condensation on the glass front. It is equipped with hygrometric control and warm white 2900K \u2013 30W\/linear metre \u2013 2500 lux LEDs, for DEC electrical power of 150W\/linear metre.<\/p>
