To celebrate its 25th anniversary, La Toque Magazine, the partner of artisanal bakers, pastry makers and chocolatiers, has published a special edition focussing on suppliers.

This gave OCF an opportunity to discuss its history and philosophy as a manufacturer of designer refrigerated display cabinets for over thirty years.
