Tantalising the palate and refining taste
For four generations, the artisan cheesemakers of the Michel family have delighted in sharing their passion and fostering a taste for it.
The story began 50 years ago, and today, there are five shops upholding the name of artisan cheesemaker Alain Michel.
In 2013, a store opened at the foot of the slopes in La Clusaz under the name “La Crèmerie des Aravis”.
