At EUROPAIN 2018, we will be presenting 2 new refrigerated display cabinets and one freezer display cabinet that have patents pending with the INPI.
- the REVERSO Display cabinet (a display cabinet that can be refrigerated or heated, depending on your needs at that particular moment in time), which can operate between +4°C and +70°C. The benefit of this innovation is that you can move from storing Viennoiseries, to Snacks, and then to pastries all in 1 day, using the same display cabinet.
- the ALTO refrigerated display cabinet has several levels of refrigerated shelves, allowing you to display all your dishes, from the first course through to dessert.
- the QUATRO display cabinet (temperature range from -18°C to +4°C/+6°C) allows you to display your ice cream dishes, iced entremets and batons, fresh pastries and macarons depending on the event or the season. This new product adapts its temperature to suit the products that you wish to display, meaning that it can be either a freezer display cabinet or a refrigerated display cabinet.
The QUATRO will first be presented in public at the EUROPAIN 2018 exhibition, and it will have the privilege of displaying the creations of one of the Best Ice Cream Makers in France. We would like to thank Mr Alain Chartier, an artisan ice cream maker from Vannes, for trusting us. He is also doing us the honour of coming to sign his new book “Glaces et Sorbets toute l’année (Ice creams and sorbets all year round)” on Monday 6 February. You will be able to buy the book at our stand* and also benefit from his expert, step-by-step tips. Our marketing team will be available in Hall 6 – Stand P40, and would love to show you our new products, as well as our entire range, and chat with you about our future projects.
